This creamy Pistachio Butter and Herb Dip is a fresh, flavorful spread or appetizer made with pistachio butter, lemon, and herbs. Perfect for crackers, veggies, or sandwiches.
There’s something about a dip that feels like an open invitation. Whether it’s for a snack board, a casual get-together, or a quick flavor boost during the week, this Pistachio Butter and Herb Dip brings something new to the table.

It’s creamy, bright, and herb-forward with just the right hint of nuttiness from pistachio butter. If you’ve never used pistachio butter before, this is your sign—it’s rich but mellow, and it plays so well with fresh herbs and a splash of lemon.

We love it with seeded crackers, raw veggies, or tucked into a pita with cucumbers and grilled chicken. Honestly, I’ve also spread it on toast with sliced tomatoes and a little sea salt, and that might be my new favorite five-minute lunch.

This is also one of those recipes that’s easy to tweak. Have basil instead of parsley? Go for it. Want a little heat? A pinch of Aleppo or chili flakes is perfect.
What would you pair this with? A sandwich spread? A dip for sweet potato fries? I’m always looking for new combos—share yours in the comments or tag me if you try it!
