Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp agave
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ c extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Store in refrigerator for up 5-7 days.
