A big name with big bold flavors, this dipping sauce is creamy, tangy, fresh, and vibrant. It lightens up any foods you are eating and is great healthy dip to add to your appetizer table.
This dipping sauce really has some beautifully bold flavors that makes you want to keep eating more and more. A creamy texture from the avocado and the lime to brighten up the density of the sauce while the cilantro lends an alluring green color, oh it’s so good!
It is so versatile that I keep it on hand for everything. Add it to your Sunday football party as a dip for your crudites and chicken wings or finish off a taco by drizzling some of this sauce on top. You can even add it on salads or in soups. The possibilities are endless.
As for the time investment of making this sauce, it can be ready in 5 minutes in a blender or food processor. I chose to use my blender this time but both work. Simply add in the ingredients and blend away. You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks which I love because you can totally make this ahead of parties. Or keep a good batch on hand to use whenever your mood strikes.
When combining the ingredients, I do keep the stems on the cilantro. They provide a lot of flavor and are edible as long as you trim the ends. Plus, I really don’t want to spend time picking off each leaf when the whole herb will do just fine.
