Grilled Watermelon with Feta
Ingredients
- 1 mini watermelon sliced in 1" thick wedges
- 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped or whole leaves
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling on top of the salad, optional
Instructions
- Lightly brush the watermelon with olive oil on each side.
- Lay the watermelon wedges on a grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
